My hubby baked our favorite Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies tonight.  

Here's what we're planning for dinners this week at our house:

• Sunday ~ Chicken & Wild Rice Casserole
• Monday - Lasagne, Salad and Garlic Bread

• Tuesday ~ BBQ Ribs and Corn
• Wednesday ~ Baked Salmon and Oven Fries
• Thursday ~ Mexican Style Mini Meatloaves
• Friday ~ Leftovers
• Saturday ~ Hubby's Birthday Dinner Out
