Menu Plan ~ Week of August 14th

This is our last week before school starts. We're going to try to pack in the fun with more trips to the pool, the state fair and maybe even the zoo.  We've also got to get things ready for my oldest's birthday parties this weekend. Here's what we're planning to have for dinner this week at our house:

• Sunday - Grilled Chicken and Greek Style Pasta Salad

• Monday ~ Tim's Taco Salad
• Tuesday - Brisket Biscuits with Cucumber Slaw
• Wednesday -  State Fair Food

• Thursday - Tomato & Spinach Pasta Toss
• Friday - Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes
• Saturday -  BLTs with Guacamole
