Menu Plan ~ Week of December 22nd

I'm completely wiped out after this weekend and what's sad is we still have many things left on our to do list including a little shopping, treat making and all the present wrapping!  We celebrated my hubby's birthday at his parents today with homemade pizza, orange cake and Christmas goodies.  We didn't bother making anything for dinner tonight.  Here's what we have planned for the rest of this week:

• Monday ~ Chicken Fried Rice
• Tuesday ~ Christmas Eve ~ Crock Pot BBQ Pork
• Wednesday ~ Christmas Dinner ~ Green Bean Casserole & Wild Rice Casserole
• Thursday ~ Taco Casserole 
• Friday ~  Spaghetti Carbonara
• Saturday ~ Beef & Noodles
