I never realized what a pretty basic recipe will produce fried rice. And we all love it in our home!
ReplyDeleteEverytime my husband orders Fried Rice in a Chinese restaurant - I think to myself how inexpensive it must be to make at home - not to mention a perfect catch-all recipe for using up bits and pieces of leftovers taking space in the fridge - AND everyone seems to like it!
ReplyDeleteIn the past when I've looked for recipes they were either way too long, too unhealthy sounding, and finally not very tempting (sounding pretty banal in taste with using - no fresh garlic (nor ginger much less basil) - none of the ingredients that make your easy recipe sound so good with nice complex flavors. Thanks!
