Menu Plan ~ Week of December 15th

It was another busy weekend here, but we did get some more Christmas shopping done so it felt somewhat productive.  Here's what we have planned for meals this week at our house:
  • Sunday ~ Crock Pot Ham, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Pistachio Salad
  • Monday ~ Creamy Potato Soup
  • Tuesday ~ Lasagne
  • Wednesday ~ Hubby's Birthday Dinner at my parents
  • Thursday ~ Fish & Fries (carry over from last week)
  • Friday ~ Taco Casserole
  • Saturday ~ Leftovers

    We haven't had Taco Casserole in so long I forgot about it! We always liked it - may have to put it back in the rotation ;)
