Menu Plan ~ Week of December 23rd

We were very productive this weekend with last minute gift buying, cookie baking and present wrapping.  We're almost ready for the big day!  We'll be celebrating with family over the next couple of days so no real dinner making, but here's what we've got planned:

• Sunday ~ Potato Crunch Fish Filets
• Monday ~ making Beef Dip & Artichoke Dip for snacking
• Tuesday ~ making Green Bean Casserole and Wild Rice Casserole for Christmas dinner
• Wednesday ~ Mexican Style Mini-Meatloaves
• Thursday ~ Chicken Santa Fe Soup
• Friday ~ Crock Pot Beef Roast
• Saturday ~ Leftovers
