Weekly Menu Plan May 1-7
We fell off the wagon a little last week, so we've got a bit of carry over again this week. Here is what my family is planning on having for dinner:
- Grilled BBQ Chicken & Packet Potatoes (carry over from last week)
- Grill Packets (carry over from last week)
- Stuffed Green Bell Peppers w/ bacon
- Burritos
- Pork Fried Rice
The Stuffed Green Peppers is something new we're trying from my sister. She advised to stuff hamburger in a bell pepper and then top with slices of bacon and place in the oven to cook through. (I'll let you know how they turn out ~ Thanks LeAnn!)
We usually leave a little room in the meal plan for leftovers once or twice during the week and possibly going out during the weekend.

What's for dinner at your house this week?
We love the stuffed bell peppers from the red & white better homes & gardens cookbook. It's got tomatoes, rice, hamburger, italian seasoning, worchetershire sauce... and topped with cheese!
