Grill Packets
2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced celery
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. diced onions
1 c. diced carrots
chili sauce
Cut 4 12x12 squares of foil. Ingredients will be divided between them. Layer potatoes, hamburger, celery, carrots and onion. Top with chili sauce. Wrap packets and place on hot grill. Grill for 10 minutes then flip packets and grill for another 10 minutes. Check packets to make sure potatoes are tender when done.

This is a good thing to make on the grill at cookouts. Easy to make, that any one can do them up. Time to cook isnt a long time either. thanks so much for this recipe - sounds good : )

We make grill packets often because they are quick and easy. I love not having lots of dishes to wash, too.
