Menu Plan ~ Week of September 1st

Hope everyone had a good Labor Day weekend.  We fit a lot into our long weekend including football games, farmyard fun, camping, hiking and a day at the beach.

Here's what we're planning for dinners this week at our house:

• Monday - BBQ Chicken Drumsticks and Roasted Carrots
• Tuesday - Chicken Quesadillas
• Wednesday - Mac and Cheese with Pulled Pork (Haystack copycat)
• Thursday - Tim's Taco Salad

• Friday - Grill Packets
• Saturday - Skillet Baked Pasta
