We went to the Des Moines Arts Festival today and had some good brisket tots for lunch from a food truck there. My picky eater son doesn't eat cheese and wouldn't try them so we had to make our own version tonight at home. Hubby fried them and served with crock-pot beef and gravy and they were so yummy. We definitely have to do that again. Here's what else we're planning for dinners at our house this week:
- Sunday ~ French Dip Sandwiches and Tater Tots with Gravy
- Monday ~ Spicy Sesame Pork Chops and Rice Noodles
- Tuesday ~ Rope Sausage and Rice
- Wednesday ~ Angel Hair Pasta with Chicken and Green Olives
- Thursday ~ Chick-Fil-A (our local stores are offering free Chicken Mini's for dinner)
- Friday ~ Fry Bread Tacos
- Saturday ~ Potluck (We're grilling brats)
