Menu Plan ~ Week of January 3rd

I am so thankful for the past weekend of quiet that we had.  We were able to get our tree down and get organized a bit.  We won't be so lucky for the rest of the month.  Craziness starts again as the kids go back to school tomorrow. Here's what we're planning for dinners this week at our house.

• Sunday ~ Tomato Basil Chicken & Noodle Soup (carry over from last week)
• Monday ~  Burritos and Guacamole & Chips

• Tuesday ~ Pasta Bake and Garlic Bread (carry over from last week)
• Wednesday ~ Meatballs and Mashed Potatoes
• Thursday ~ Beef Pot Roast, Carrots and Potatoes
• Friday ~ Leftovers
• Saturday ~ Family Birthday Party
