Recipe - Tomato Basil Chicken & Noodle Soup



Tomato Basil Chicken & Noodle Soup

1 package frozen egg noodles
1 lb. chicken breasts
1 large onion chopped
olive oil
minced garlic
2 cans Italian seasoned diced tomatoes
2 cans chicken broth
Basil or Italian seasoning

Cook chicken.  Saute onion and garlic.  Add chicken broth and diced tomatoes.  Bring to a boil and add noodles and basil.  Simmer until noodles are done.  Serve with grated Parmesan.

  3. I most definitely would love to try the Tomato Basil Chicken & Noodle Soup. I think it is a fine side, of which I am going to try out with a meal later in the week.
