Another weekend just flew by and all of the sudden it's already the middle of summer. It seems so unfair how quickly the summer goes. Saturday my daughter rocked on the soccer field then hubby and I got to go to a rocking Weezer concert Saturday night. The whole family was wiped out today with the hot weather we're having. We're trying to plan meals that don't require using the oven. Here's what we're planning for dinners this week at our house:
- Sunday ~ Meatballs and Mashed Potatoes
- Monday ~ Grilled Hamburgers, Green Beans and Sweet Corn
- Tuesday ~ Fish and Chips
- Wednesday ~ Grilled Chicken and Summer Corn Risotto
- Thursday ~ Pioneer Woman's Butter Chicken (carry over from last week)
- Friday ~ Sandwiches & Chips (Family Picnic)
- Saturday ~ Benefit Dinner (Date Night Out)
