Menu Plan ~ Week of November 10th

We just returned tonight from a mini-vacation to Branson.  It was a nice little trip, but now I'm feeling swamped and overwhelmed with everything that didn't get done over the past few days away from home.  We did manage to do some menu planning for the week in the car on the drive home though. Here's what we've planned for dinners:

• Sunday ~ Travel Day (dinner on the road)
• Monday ~ Burritos



• Tuesday ~  Oven Fried Chicken , Mashed Potatoes & Gravy
• Wednesday ~ Bertolli Soup and Crescent Rolls
• Thursday ~ Italian Style Mini Meatloaves and Pasta
• Friday ~ Dinner with Friends
• Saturday ~ Leftovers
