Weekly Menu Plan ~ April 8-14

I hope everyone enjoyed their day!  We had another beautiful day here in Iowa, but I'm paying the price tonight with a bit of a sunburn.  We celebrated Easter weekend with both sides of our families this weekend.  Both meals included the traditional ham, potatoes, green bean casserole and rolls.  We of course have some leftovers to eat this week.  Here's what else we are planning to have for meals:

• Burritos
• Grilled Chicken Sandwiches with Pepper-Jack Cheese & Fried Onions
• Oven-Fried Chicken and Mashed Potatoes
• Calzones
• Grilled Steak and Hashbrown Casserole
