Recipe - Hash Brown Casserole

Hash Brown Casserole

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom/cream of celery)
8 oz. sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix all ingredients in a very large bowl.  Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish.  Bake for 1 hour.

  2. this is the kind of recipe that cobbles together a bunch of ingredients that might not sound that exciting, but is off the charts!!! I love this idea and want to try it!!! Comfort food at its best!
