Weekly Menu Plan ~ July 17-23

It is going to be HOT, HOT, HOT here this week so our menu plan is avoiding all use of the oven.  Here is what my family is planning for meals:

We'll probably have leftovers once or twice during the week and may go out to eat over the weekend.
