Recipe - BBQ Chicken Pizza

BBQ Chicken Pizza




1 large chicken breast
1 onion
1 ready made pizza crust
1/2 c. barbeque sauce
1 c. colby jack cheese

Cook and shred chicken breast.  Cook and carmelize onion.  Spread sauce over crust.  Add chicken and onions.  Top with cheese.  Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.  Garnish with cilantro as desired.

    That recipe looks almost easy enough for me to fix. lol I would just have to look up to see how to carmelize onions.. You can sure tell I don't cook very often. Thanks for sharing! :-)

    Honestly we tend to use whatever BBQ sauce we have on hand at the moment. It could be a Kraft or KC Masterpiece. Each always gives it a unique flavor at the time.

    I have never had Bar-B-Q Chicken Pizza before, but I like this recipe. I will be trying it because it has three of my favorites.. chicken, onion and cheese!!

    We won a large pizza from a local pizza joint this week and hubby and son chose a bbq chicken pizza except it had bacon on it. This would be easy to make at home and could use a nice sweet bbq sauce as my husband found theirs a bit spicy.
