Sausage & Rice Casserole
(good brunch dish)
1 lb. pork sausage, cooked & drained
1 1/2 cups cooked white rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced green olives
Combine sausage, rice, and soup into a casserole dish. Mix together and add onion, celery and green olives. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
this sounds good. would make a good dish to fix when we have breakfast for supper
