It's back to school week for us and we will be working on getting back on a regular schedule. We've also got to get back to our regular menu planning. Here's what we have planned for dinners this week at our house:

• Monday ~ MexiBurgers and Taco Rice

• Tuesday ~ Tim's Taco Salad
• Wednesday ~ Grilled Steak Kebabs and Roasted Carrots

• Thursday ~ Birthday Boy's Choice
• Friday ~ Pizza Night
• Saturday ~ Smoked Pork Loin and Bacon Wrapped Poppers
