We welcomed a new member of our family a little over a week ago, so our menu planning last week was mostly on the fly. I really don't like it that way though. We do much better when we have meals already planned for the week. Even if we don't do something on the exact night we still have ideas to work with and can be flexible. I let my hubby plan most of the meals for this week, so here' what he came up with for our dinners:
- Sunday - MIL's Late Birthday Lunch
- Monday ~ Chicken Santa Fe Soup
- Tuesday ~ Beef & Noodles
- Wednesday ~ Bacon Mac & Cheese from Cooking Light
- Thursday ~ Tator Tot Casserole
- Friday ~ Out to Eat
- Saturday ~ Leftovers
