The more I've been reading about Homeland the more I've been kicking myself for not getting the first season when it was first released. Right now you can get The Complete First Season of Homeland on Amazon for 29.98. This is the best price I've seen on it since that time. I'm still trying to decide if I should get it now or wait until after Christmas.
Homeland is a drama/thriller series that stars Claire Danes as Carrie Mathison, a Central Intelligence Agency officer and Damian Lewis as Nicholas Brody, a U.S. Marine. Mathison has come to believe that Brody, who was held captive by Al-Qaeda as a prisoner of war, was turned by the enemy and now threatens the United States. The series has received critical acclaim and won the 2011 Golden Globe Award for Best Television Series – Drama.
