Weekly Menu Plan ~ September 30-October 6

My birthday is tomorrow and I'm getting to celebrate quite a bit this week.  Here's what we have planned for dinners this week: 

• Sunday ~ Dinner out with my family at Felix & Oscar's
• Monday ~ Dinner out
• Tuesday ~ Chicken & Pasta with Green Olives (carry over from last week)
• Wednesday ~ Mile High Tortilla Pie (carry over from last week)

• Thursday ~ Cajun Style Sausage & Rice
• Friday ~ Leftovers
• Saturday ~ Lunch out and snacks at my in-laws
