Book Preview: Real Moms Love To Eat #RMLTE

There is a new book coming out this winter by registered dietician Beth Aldrich.  It is titled Real Moms Love to Eat: How to Conduct a Love Affair with Food, Lose Weight, and Feel Fabulous.  As a "Real Mom" I can definitely relate with a need for most of that!  Although I've never been on any weight-loss missions I know that my eating habits are less than stellar and could use some extra guidance - especially in the area of "feeling fabulous".   That is where Beth's book comes in.  The book has three sections including an easy to follow 10-part plan for moms to make gradual, life-long changes in their approach to food and 21 days of meal suggestions, tips, recipes and lifestyle changes.  This book will help you learn about the food you eat and the impact it has to your body.  Plus you will learn about new foods and enjoy yourself!  I look forward to trying out some new recipes and finding foods that will help me feel energized.

If you are a blogger consider signing up as a Real Moms Love to Eat Food Affairiate.  All registered Food Affairiates will receive a digital copy of the book to write a review and you'll also be entered into a food related prize drawing.

There is also a chance to win prizes when you pre-order the book.  If you pre-order Beth's book Real Moms Love To Eat at Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble , Indie Bound or Book*A*Million (in Canada, Indigo and Amazon.ca) be sure to visit the sweepstakes page to enter your confirmation code.  You can also enter by subscribing to the newsletter.
