Rhubarb Dream Dessert
For the crust mix together:
3/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
Press into 9x13 pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Once it is cooled top with 4 cups chopped rhubarb.
For the topping:
2 T flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg to taste
Mix together flour and sugar then set aside. Beat 2 eggs until light & fluffy. Add flour mixture to eggs along with vanilla and nutmeg. Pour over rhubarb and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

The only food I've had Rhubarb in has been pie/ Butter and sugar and rhubarb--what could be better. Thanks for the alternative recipe.
