Fast and Fancy Chicken
1 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 slices monterrey jack cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water or white wine
1 pkg. chicken flavored stuffing mix
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in a single layer in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top each piece of chicken with a slice of cheese. Combine soup and water/wine and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing. Drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered until chicken is done, about 35 minutes.
