Chicken in Supreme Sauce
1 c. melted margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
salt & pepper to taste
2 cans chicken broth
sprinkle of garlic powder
sprinkle of celery salt
4 chicken breasts
Combine margarine, flour, s&p and chicken broth. Add celery salt and garlic powder. Bring to a boil then pour over uncooked chicken breasts in a 9x13 baking dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
I have never tried making a gravy before because I have not wanted any, but this looks delicious.
