ReplyDeleteMy Mum passed away when I was 21. She was amazing, 5 children & 1 foster child and she made all of our toys & clothes as well as sewing wedding dresses for others and helping my Dad on the farm.I still miss her so much.

ReplyDeleteMy Mom is just incredibly self-sacrificing. Always when I was growing up she would put aside her own wants for us, and even now as an adult. She just works so hard to make sure we're happy, and as a child I didn't appreciate it as much as I do now. :)

ReplyDeleteMy mom absolutely hates the smell of fish, she really can't stand it, and yet when I or my siblings say 'I'd like to eat fish for dinner' she never hesitates and cooks it for us. If this isn't love I don't know what else is.

ReplyDeleteMy neighbor, Mrs. Connie, is the best Mom I know. She still takes the best care of me and my daughter. I don't mean financially or physically, I mean just by being there for us. She is just a great person.
ReplyDeleteSadly, I don't have a relationship with my mom. She's an addict and I had to take care of her and my siblings and be the parent but I removed her from my life in 2007 to find peace. I'm blessed to have an AMAZING mother-in-law though. I've been in the family for 16 years and she's made me feel loved and accepted. I love her so much!
