I have followed the given URL from several sites listed for Fandango to enter the sweepstakes for Downtown Abbey and all it lists is the rules and no entry form. It opened on 8/20/19 and it is now 8/23/19 and no such entry blank is available. What is the problem?

DeleteWhere is the actual entry form to fill out for the sweepstakes Downtown Abbey. It is the 23rd and it opened on 8/20/19 and all that is listed is the rules and conditions for the sweepstakes if you follow the given URL. I've tried several different Fandango links on different web pages.
