Menu Plan ~ Week of January 15th

We're expecting an ice storm this evening in Central Iowa, but I'm looking forward to our warm up at the end of the week.  We're doing a lot of quick fix meals this week because we've got some extra activities on the schedule. Here's what we're planning for dinners this week at our house.

  • Sunday ~ Grinders and Sweet Potato Fries
  • Monday ~  Pasta Bolognese
  • Tuesday ~ Beef Tacos & Guacamole
  • Wednesday ~ Faith Formation Family Dinner
  • Thursday ~ Smoked Sausage & Rice
  • Friday ~ Grilled Hamburgers
  • Saturday ~ Birthday Girl's Choice
