    I go to a favorite farmer's market that is 8 miles from town,at a certain time of year I order a flat of concord grapes for eating since I can't find them in my local grocery store.

    The city where I'm currently living is known for having one of the best farmer's markets in the country. There are also several smaller farmer's markets around the city, on various days, including one just up the street. I enjoy going to that one especially, and talking to the local growers.

    I used to go a lot more, when I had a friend who could drive lol Now that I take the city bus places, it's a little more cumbersome finding markets / garage sales that are on or near the bus route. So, I've been sticking with second hand stores instead :)

    My teenage son and I love to hit estate sales that have barns involved, with antiques and tools. We also love to shop our local Salvation Army family store. We buy books for 10Cents there and just go crazy! Then we donate them right back when we are done. I have bought college reference books there for my son for 10cents. crazy!

    My mother and my daughter both work for a small nursery yard that sets up a stall at our Farmer's Market. My daughter works at the stall every Saturday and Sunday so I constantly go and get lots of tasty things for us!
