    Nothing really planned right now. Our kids are older (15-22) so they will be out doing things with friends. I usually make a big pot of chili and stay home to pass out candy to our neighbors who are trick-or-treating.

    We always take kids out on Halloween and go trick or treating and hit up some trunk or treats as well. This year we may change it up and do our local zoo's "Boo at the Zoo" instead.

    On the 30th we will take the kids to a local elementary school where my mother in law teaches. They do cute little games for kids and have a costume contest. Then on the 31st is the trick or treat night in town, so the kids will get to dress up twice.

    We will be having a quiet Halloween this year. I see my grands every October, and it usually falls on or very close to Halloween. This year I will be going early.     I'm planning to decorate my yard this year. We can't hand out candy here because of the traffic, but I may visit my parents neighborhood to admire the costumes the children are wearing!
