My little girl turned five years old today and I can hardly believe it! Honestly I don't know where the time has gone. It still feels like not all that long ago that I decided to stay home with her and her brother. She was almost 2 years old at the time. The last 3 years have flown by and she has blossomed into this amazing child who loves to perform, learn, share and vocalize her opinion about nearly everything. She makes her likes and dislikes very clear especially when it comes to clothing. Gone are the days where I could just pick out the clothes I wanted her to wear. Now I have to run everything by her to get pre-approved or I have to leave it up to her.
She loves to get dressed up so I'm always looking for fun dress styles for her to wear. I recently discovered TwirlyGirl and their fun selection of party dresses for girls. My daughter loved the dress because she was comfy in it and it had many of her favorite colors in the pattern. The dress is a size 5 and I'm thankful she'll be able to wear it all Spring and Summer long. This Iowa winter has been brutal and she hasn't been able to wear all the dresses she'd like because it's just so darn cold out!
