One of my favorite parts of taking a Disney vacation is all the planning I can do ahead of time. I am that person that loves to map out where we'll be and what we'll hopefully be doing each day of the trip. I'm also the type of mom that loves to share all the plans with the kids and talk with them about what they want to do. We always know before we go what rides are important to us and what shows we want to see.
A really cool thing that Disney offer is free customized maps of the Walt Disney World theme parks. You can create one for each park highlighting the rides and attractions that you want to do. They get mailed right to your house for free and they make an awesome souvenir. These are really nice maps and my kids have a ton of fun playing with them even when we're not going on a trip.
