Weekly Menu Plan ~ Week of January 13th

Last week was a bit of a disaster at my house.  Our main computer crashed on Sunday leaving me in a state of stress and disorganization and my hubby who is the chef in the family was gone to training three nights.  All of the kids' activities also started back up which made this mama a little crazy.  This week should be better.  We have meals planned once again, so it's off to a better start at least in that regard.  Here's what we have planned for dinners this week at our house:

• Sunday ~ Stuffed Red Peppers
• Monday ~ Cheesy Chicken Potato Bacon Skillet
• Tuesday ~ Crock Pot Beef Roast
• Wednesday ~ Spaghetti & Meatballs
• Thursday ~ Leftovers
• Friday ~ Out to dinner (using a Groupon deal)
• Saturday ~ Fry Bread Tacos
