Menu Plan ~ Week of January 20th

My daughter's birthday is tomorrow. We let our kids pick out what they would like for their birthday dinner and since we have dinner with our small group tomorrow night we let her choose what we had for dinner tonight.  Here's what we have planned for dinners the rest of the week at our house:

• Sunday ~ Out to dinner at Culvers (birthday girl's pick)
• Monday ~ Dinner with small group
• Tuesday ~ Pork Fried Rice
• Wednesday ~ Chicken & Pasta with green olives
• Thursday ~ Fry Bread Tacos (carry over from last week)
• Friday ~ Adults fending for themselves
• Saturday ~ Leftovers
