My Review: A few months ago I reviewed a Tinkerbell toddler costume for my daughter, so when I was able to choose a costume to review for my son it was a pretty easy decision for me. I was looking for a Peter Pan to go trick-or-treating alongside Tinkerbell this year. My son and I browsed through all of the available kids costumes and narrowed it down to the Disney costumes to find what we were looking for. Of course my boy wanted to look at just about every costume available and believe me there are tons - his favorites included the bag of M&M's costume and a Mater costume. I was thankful he also liked the Peter Pan costume and was excited about it. It arrived quickly after it was ordered and when I finally told him it was the night to try it on he didn't even wait to finish his dinner. He had that costume on in a flash. He was wearing a sweatshirt and jeans and he easily put the costume on over his clothes. I liked that the costume had plenty of room to go on over layers. We never know what kind of weather we'll have on Halloween so if it's cold outside I'll know we'll be able to layer and keep warm. I made him remove his other layers for the sake of a picture though.
My son is a small 5 year old so I ordered a size small for him for ages 3-4 years old. It fit him really well so I would say the sizing is right. We did have an issue with the size of the hat though. It fits him, but seems a bit small for his head like it might pop off at any time. He didn't complain at all about it being too tight and I thought it looked good on him. He was most excited about the feather on the hat although with the commotion of him putting on the costume himself then taking it off again the feather came off of the hat. We'll need to do some mending of that. Overall we're very pleased with the costume and looking forward to taking our Pan and Tink out for Halloween!Disclosure: I received a costume of my choice at no charge for the purpose of a review. No further compensation was received. All opinions are 100% mine.
Your son is so adorable in his costume! Between him and your toddler tink, you should have tons of candy after trick-or-treating!
