No-Bake Cookies
This is a favorite recipe and one that's so easy! This particular recipe came from our favorite church cook book.
1/2 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3 T. cocoa
1/2 T. vanilla
2 c. quick-cooking oats
1/2 c. peanut butter
Bring butter, sugar, milk and cocoa to a boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla, oatmeal and peanut butter. Mix well and drop onto waxed paper by teaspoon to dry.
These have always been a favorite of ours :)
