Here is my tip of the week!
For the newest toilet in our house we made sure we purchased one that was "low flush" so it uses less water instead of the usual 3 to 5 gallons. But for our older toilets we wanted to make sure we were using less water there too, so we put a landscaping brick in each tank to reduce the amount of water used per flush.
Hey, that's using your head. I like saving everywhere I can. Does it have to be placed under the ball, as pictured?
ReplyDeleteWe put it there because of the size of the brick we used. You just have to make sure it doesn't interfere with any of the moving parts.
