We are in for a cold week here in Central Iowa. Tomorrow was supposed to be the first day back to school after Christmas break, but school was cancelled due to the cold temps. I'm not thrilled about another day with two kids who are clearly ready to be back in action, but it will be nice to not have to go anywhere tomorrow. We're making lots of warm comfort food this week for meals. Here's what we have planned:

- Wednesday ~ Chicken & Pasta with Green Olives
- Thursday ~ Beef & Noodles
- Friday ~ Spaghetti & Meatballs
- Saturday ~ Fry Bread Tacos
