Recipe - Pork Chops & Rice
This is a really simple recipe that can be really flavorful with the seasoned tomatoes. Use brown rice for a healthier version.
4 pork loin chops
1 1/2 c. rice
2 cans seasoned diced tomatoes (we like garlic & olive oil or Italian style)
Pour 1/2 cup water in crock pot. Add rice. Add pork chops. Pour 2 cans tomatoes over the pork chops. Put on the cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
