Recipe - Bowtie Pasta w/ Garlic & Grilled Chicken

Bowtie Pasta w/ Garlic & Grilled Chicken

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 package bowtie pasta
5 T olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 c chopped tomatoes
1 c green onion
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 can chicken broth
1/4 c cilantro

Grill chicken, let cool then cut into bite size pieces.  Cook pasta.  Heat oil in large skillet.  Cook and stir garlic, onions, red pepper flakes and tomatoes.  Add broth, simmer to reduce slightly.  Add chicken, pasta and cilantro.  Heat through.

  21. This sound so good. i love anything with garlic. Since I make my own pasta and chicken broth, and grow my own cilantro, tomatoes and green onions this would be a very inexpensive dish to feed my crew.
