ReplyDeleteWe have our Thankful basket that comes out every November 1. THere are scraps of paper beside it that we can fill out with things we are thankful for, and on Thanksgiving we read them to each other.
ReplyDeleteWe always get together as a family for Thanksgiving dinner. I love getting together for Thanksgiving more than Christmas. With Christmas there is always the added stress of gifts. I would rather just enjoy each others company over dinner.
ReplyDeleteWe are a goodie baking family and in the fall we really get down to the holiday goodie making lol you know fudge, pumpkin cakes chocolate cookie bars and its fun because me my hubby and the 2 kids all pitch in
ReplyDeleteMy favorite tradition for Thanksgiving is my husband and I take time by ourselves to go throw darts at our local bar. Its a nice way to relax after the usual chaos of multi family Thanksgiving festivities.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite Thanksgiving tradition is the whole family getting together at my Grandma's house.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite tradition is everyone coming to my house for dinner. Our family is growing so have to add more chairs all the time.
ReplyDeleteThe day after Thanksgiving I get to be creative with the left overs. I make soups, casseroles, stews and whatevers! And there's still the hot and cold turkey sandwichs!
ReplyDeleteI love visiting the pumpkin patch with my daughter.
