Summer has undoubtedly arrived in Iowa. We've had temps in the 90's and some horribly humid days. It doesn't seem to bother my kids too much though. They are still playing lots outside and loving every minute of summer break. It does mean that they are looking for cooler options when it comes to snack time. Minute Maid Juice Bars are a great option when they're looking for a great tasting but also refreshing treat. The bars are now made with 100% fruit juice, are fat free and have just 40 calories. That means this mommy can also have a sweet treat that's guilt free.
My family received a package of Minute Maid Juice Bars. Each box of these comes with 12 individual juice bars in three delicious flavors: cherry, grape and orange. My kids love the push-up packaging of these bars. I think it's awesome they are getting a full day's supply of Vitamin C while they are enjoying. My daughter loved all the flavors while my son preferred orange and grape. Personally I would love to stash all the orange bars away for my personal consumption.
To learn more about this snack and see all the varieties of Minute Maid frozen treats available be sure to visit the J&J Snack Foods site. You can also follow via Twitter and Instagram.
The Giveaway: Thanks to J&J Snack Foods one lucky winner will receive 3 VIP coupons for a free box of Minute Maid Juice bars to enjoy this summer.

My A/C has been out since July 3rd as we wait for the Home Warranty Company and now the A/C place to decide what/when they are going to fix the unit. We went out and bought a portable a/c to keep cool! Thankfully, we have ceiling fans in most rooms. When it gets too hot during the day, we are going to the community pool. Here's hoping it's all fixed soon!!
