Giveaway ~ Reverse Charades: Hollywood Edition

If you are planning an Oscar viewing party or you're just a fan of pop culture in general I have the perfect new game to introduce to you.  Reverse Charades: Hollywood Edition is a word expansion pack that you can use to play the game with friends and family and it's all about the movies, TV shows, celebrities, music and everything else that fascinates us about Hollywood.

If you're not familiar with Reverse Charades it is just what it sounds like. You take the classic game of charades where one person acts out the clue for the rest of the team and reverse it so now you have most of the team acting it out for the team "guesser".  It's more exciting than regular charades because it keeps all the players involved and there is more team interaction.

Here are the Rules of Play:

1.  Split into teams of three or more and decide on the number of rounds or number of points to win the game.
2.  Score 1 point for 1 word guessed correctly.  Each team has a minute to guess as many words as possible.  You can pass only once per round.
3.  The opposite team holds the word card for the acting team to see and flips the timer.
4.  The acting team members are not allowed to talk or even "mouth"  any words to each other and definitely not to the guesser. Use of objects is not allowed either.
5.  Keep track of your points and whoever reaches the goal or has the most points at end of desired number of rounds, wins!

Reverse Charades Hollywood Edition fits perfectly inside the regular version of Reverse Charades, but it doesn't mean you have to have the original to play with the expansion packs.  Just form your group into teams and grab a timer and you'll be good to go.
