Purex Natural Elements Tropical Splash Detergent Review & Giveaway


The Purex Natural Elements line of laundry detergent are made with naturally sourced ingredients and natural fragrance extracts.  The biodegradable formula promotes green cleaning practices.  The formula is especially great for people with sensitive skin because it is hypoallergenic and dye-free.  And since this line is from Purex it is available at half the price of other brands of.

 We received a bottle of Purex Natural Elements in the newest fragrance, Tropical Splash.  The fragrance combines the scent of pineapple, coconut and tropical flowers for a wonderful smell.  With all of the Purex products I have tried this was actually my first time using a detergent from their Natural Elements line.  Like other Purex detergents it has the cleaning power of DirtLift Action.  It worked great for cleaning clothes.  I loved the fragrance especially when used on our loads of towels and we had no issues with skin irritation.  If you're not a fan of detergents with fragrance then the tropical splash won't be for you, but I absolutely loved it.  The scent had me thinking of days to come on sandy beaches with tropical drinks in hand.

    I'd like to try the tropical...I guess I am always using some mountain spring type scent and I wonder if I'd like a more fruity smell...otherwise I know I'd like a linen and lilies cause it would still be that clean smell.

    Lilac and lavender. My mother had a beautiful lilac tree in her yard that she loved. Lilacs remind me of her. She is now in heaven and is one of my angels.
