Powering Her Dreams #LetsPowerTheirDreams @SheSpeaksUp @Walmart

I love this girl so much.  There are times I still can't believe she is seven years old.  In some ways it's nice that she's growing up and getting more independent.  She started coming to yoga with me this summer and is my favorite shopping partner.  When the drama starts though I wish she was this little thing still.

Through all the emotional ups and downs I'm really enjoying watching her grow up.  She's stronger, braver and tougher than I ever was at her age.  I definitely think her involvement in sports has been a big part of shaping her for the better.  She's been active in both gymnastics and soccer along with other activities since she was a toddler.

The soccer ball has been kicked around since Little Miss was three. She has played in multiple leagues over the years in almost every season in all kinds of weather.  We've sat through extreme heat and bitter cold winds to watch her play.

It's worth it though to see how her skills have improved and be able to give her that thumbs up for encouragement when she's looking for it.  We will always be there to support her however long she decides to play.  I want her to know that it's OK to dream big and she has us along the way to help power them along in any way we can.

The Rio 2016 Olympic Games are the first Olympics my kids have been old enough to really watch and understand what they're cheering for.  We've been having fun watching the games as a family.  There are so many amazing women athletes on Team USA and it's awesome to have their sports be so visible to young girls like my daughter.  The Olympics was the first time she watched Alex Morgan and the rest of the United States Women's National Soccer Team play.

Watching the Olympic Games is one way we can support Team USA.  Another way we can show our support and power their dreams is by buying the brands that support Team USA.  Shop for P&G products like Always® Infinity Pads and Tampax Pearl Regular Tampons at Walmart and not only are you supporting Team USA you are also getting great products at a great everyday low price. With their unique designs they are perfect for the active girls in your life that don't want to be slowed down when it's time to compete.

Tampax Pearl Regular Tampons help stop leaks before they happen and provides protection for up to a maximum of 8 hours, even overnight! 15. It's awesome that your daughter loves sports so much and that you encourage it. I didn't stick with any sports when I was a kid and as an adult I wish that I had.
