SuperPretzel Bavarian Pretzels Review and Giveaway

In my household we like our snacks salty and we like a little bread with our meals. Yes, I confess that I have raised a family of carb lovers and salt cravers. I've recently been introduced to a product that will satisfy our appetite for both. SuperPretzel's Bavarian Pretzel Sticks and Rolls from J&J Snack Foods are the perfect combination of soft pretzel with plenty of salt if desired.  The new pretzels come in both sticks and rolls and can be found in the freezer section of your grocery store.

The restaurant style pretzels are super easy to make.  You can either microwave them or put them in the oven.  If you microwave them you can make one in about 30 seconds!  If you make the whole package of 8 you can have a substantial warm side in under two minutes.  These pair wonderfully with all the soups we make during the colder months.

The baked pretzels are nice and soft and have a good flavor on their own before you add the salt.  Of course they also come with a bag of course salt that you can use.  Just moisten the pretzels slightly before adding it.  I personally felt that the whole bag of salt was a bit much. These pretzels are good with just a little bit of it.

Both styles of the Bavarian pretzels were a big hit in my family.  Everybody wanted to make sure they got their fair share!
