Holiday Gift Idea ~ Yummy Earth Artisanal Candy

YummyEarth is a company that was started by two dads who wanted to satisfy their sweet tooth, but didn't want their families to consume the yucky chemicals, high fructose corn syrup and and dyes that are almost always  packaged up with sweets.  Everything YummyEarth makes is certified organic or all-natural, gluten-free, nut-free and contains no high fructose corn syrup.  What's even better is that the candy is so sweet and flavorful you'll never miss the bad stuff.

I've been fortunate to have already tried YummyEarth Organic Lollipops and they are honestly the best suckers I've ever had, so I was very excited to try more YummyEarth candies.  I was sent two packages of their artisanal candy in Wild Peppermint and Cinnamon Stick flavors.  The packaging alone makes them a great gift in my opinion.  They are packaged in old world candy shop bags that have a lovely brown bow covering a twist closure that makes them both simple and elegant.  The candies themselves are individually wrapped that makes them perfect for sharing.  Each bag contains about 55 drops.

Everyone in my family loves peppermints, so we tried the Wild Peppermint Candy first.  It did not disappoint.  The flavor is strong and long-lasting.  They make a great after dinner mint.  The cinnamon stick candies ended up being my favorite though.  They were incredibly tasty and not hot at all.  The flavor reminded of an old fashioned cinnamon stick that I used to love as a child.  There are many other flavors Yummy Earth artisanal candy to enjoy including Hopscotch Butterscotch, Roadside Rootbeer and some of our favorite flavors from the lollipop line such as Wet-face Watermelon, Strawberry Smash, Pomegranate Pucker, Very Very Cherry and Razzmatazz Berry.

YummyEarth encourages you to find their products locally, but you are always welcome to shop their store online at any time.  To learn more be sure to check out YummyEarth on Facebook too.
