FunBites Review & Giveaway!

FunBites is a kitchen tool you can use to cut up food into fun-shaped bite-sized pieces.  The product was created by a mom who had a child who was a picky eater.  I can definitely relate to that!  The cutters are BPA free and made in the USA.  There are two shape options for FunBites~ the Cube It! and the Luv It!

I received a Luv It! cutter to try out.  My daughter loved the pink color.  The cutter feels quite solid for its small size. It definitely seems sturdy.  The easy to grab handles make it easy for anyone to use.  It's a fun tool for your little kitchen helpers. FunBites comes with two pieces.  To use you first place the FunBites cutter on top of your food.  Then grab the handles and rock it back and forth.

Insert the "popper top" next and push down to pop out the pieces of food that are now in fun triangle, semi-circle and heart shapes.  It's nice that there is no need for your own hands to touch the food again and its pretty much mess free.  I did first use it on a peanut butter & jelly sandwich, so the cutter itself did need to be cleaned, but it was mess free on my hands. The cutter is best if hand-washed, but it is top-shelf dishwasher safe.

This sandwich was shared with my daughter.  She quickly gobbled the fun shapes up and Mommy got the crust.  Yesterday morning we made pancakes, so I had to try it out on them.  We always have to cut up pancakes anyway we might as well make it fun!  The heart shapes makes it so sweet too.

FunBites makes cutting food into small pieces quick for you and fun for your child. It's a definite win-win!
